6. Fees and Payments

Certain services on our platforms may require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nairakey Ventures is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nairakey Ventures acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or rent the properties and vehicles listed on our platforms. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed items, nor for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. Users transact at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Nairakey platforms, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Nairakey Ventures Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
